Our year-end banquet will be held at the Venus de Milo on Saturday, April 6. All GPYHA members and their families are invited. For more information and to order register for the event, please click: HERE.
Please note that you will not receive physical tickets, but will be on the list that will be checked at the door. Tickets must be ordered in advance no later than Noon on Friday, April 6.
WE DO NOT PLAN TO HAVE TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR ON THE EVENING OF THE EVENT
Please note that all travel team players will receive a gift at the banquet for their participation in the league this year. House and instructional skaters will have received their awards on the ice at the final sessions.
As part of a growing trend against awarding participation trophies, this year's gift for travel team players will not be a trophy.
If anyone would like to volunteer or help out with this year's banquet, please contact Amy Gugel.
GPYHA has teamed up with Graphic Ink of East Providence to bring you new Bears gear!

Congratulations to the GPYHA Bantam Wales Red Jr. Bears, who won the Falmouth Fall Classic Tournament in a shootout thriller.
The Bears were tied 2-2 with the North Devils after regulation in the championship game. Neither team could score in the overtime period, even though they had their chances. Goalie Landon Pielka stood on his head for several chances to keep the Bears hopes alive. The Bears first two shooters missed and one Devils player found the back of the net. Down 1-0 as the final Bears chance, Ryan Colson blasted his chance past the Devils goalie to knot the game again. In round four, Pielka again made the save. Chris Riel stepped on to the ice and became the hero as he potted the winner. The Bears went 4-0 in the tournament beating the Devils twice, as well as teams from Falmouth and Southern Maine.
Congratulations to all of the Bears for their great work this past weekend.
