Congratulations to the Jr. Bears PeeWee Smythe Red team, who crowned champs at the Hoffman Peewee Tournament in Natick this past weekend.

The Jr. Bears faced teams from Natick, MA, Scituate, MA and Amherst, MA in earning their way to the tourney finals. In the championship game, the Jr. Bears defeated the home team, Natick Comets who were undefeated in round robin play and who the Jr. Bears lost to on Friday. Facing the Natick Comets for a second time, the Jr. Bears won 3-0 in a hard fought battle to take the tourney title.

The championship MVP trophy was awarded to the entire Jr. Bears team for their exemplary group effort.
