Congratulations to GPYHA player Matt Macaluso for being selected as SNEHC Player of the Week for the Bantam Wales Division for week 10.

Each week, Southern New England Hockey Conference selects a player from each conference that stood out in the eyes of referees and coaches. Matt earned the honors for Bantam Wales for his play and hard work this week.

Bantam Wales Coach Gerry Letourneau commented, "Matt is one of the finest young men I have ever coached. There is hardly a game or practice that he does not take the time to thank the coaches as he is leaving the locker room. Having come from the House League program last year, this is Matt's first year playing travel hockey. He is a hard working power forward who sets the 'high-tempo' style of play we encourage for our team. Matt is freshman at Barrington high and is a leader both on the ice and in the locker room."
