GPYHA and The Way Human Performance Institute are teaming up to offer Dry Land Training for squirt level players and older. This is a great way for our players to improve their conditioning off the ice and have fun while they are at it!
Sessions will be held at Lynch Arena in Pawtucket on Tuesday evenings starting Sept 8. The session for birth years 2004/5/6/7 will be held at 6:00-6:50 PM and the session for birth years 2001/2/3 will be held at 7:00-7:50PM. Cost will be $5.00 per session.
Pre-registration for sessions is mandatory, as sessions are limited to 25 participants. Check your team practice/game schedules before registering and make sure to register early via the links below:
